Dr. Owen D. Fraser, a Board Certified General Surgeon, and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Stem Cell Physicians is a leader in Regenerative Medicine in Orlando, FL. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for transformative care, Dr. Fraser is an expert in anatomy and has numerous years of experience performing major operations. Dr. Fraser has more than 40 years of experience treating and caring for injured patients in the Central Florida area.

Dr. Fraser's journey in medicine began with a stellar education, culminating in his graduation from the University of the West Indies, School of Medicine, in Kingston, Jamaica. Dr. Fraser went on to complete his Residency and General Surgery fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center and Harlem Hospital in New York City, New York.

Dr. Fraser remains at the forefront of his field, continually seeking the latest advancements in regenerative medicine. He believes in the power of the body to heal itself and is dedicated to harnessing this potential to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
